Welcome To Petronas Twin Towers
The Petronas Towers, also known as the Petronas Twin Towers (Malay: Menara Petronas, or Menara Berkembar Petronas), are twin skyscrapers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. According to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH)’s official definition and ranking, they were the tallest buildings in the world from 1998 to 2004 and remain the tallest twin towers in the world. The buildings are a landmark of Kuala Lumpur, along with nearby Kuala Lumpur Tower.
For a bit of advice, I recommend you to visit KLCC Park during night time. Around 7 to 9 pm to witness the beauty of Petronas Twin Towers during night time. The undeniable shining shimmering beauty of these twin towers highlight the city and made the night so perfect. I could honestly say that the view of Petronas Tower is really much better during night time. But be sure to be there before 9 pm. Because they are turning the lights off once it is already exactly 9 pm.
The Magnificent Beauty of Petronas Towers
At the feet of Petronas Towers, Suria KLCC will be found. It is a 140,000 m2 (1,500,000 sq ft) upmarket retail center. It features mostly foreign luxury goods and high-street labels. One of the shops that I saw are the Balenciaga and Alexander Mcqueen boutiques. Too bad I am not rich enough to afford to buy one. Haha!
The entire mall’s attractions include an art gallery, a philharmonic theatre, an underwater aquarium and also a Science center. Suria KLCC is one of the largest shopping malls in Malaysia.
The view of the sparkling Petronas Twin Towers is so magnificent. How I wish I could visit this beautiful place again.
Many tourists are busy taking pictures of the Petronas Towers. And here I am, taking the opportunity as well.
Feel free to left a comment if you want to share something about my sight seeing experience in Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia.
